Full design of MEP services carried out in house from client design brief to RIBA stage 5.
We look to provide innovative, efficient and cost effective solutions to meet the clients requirements. We have embraced the BIM level 2 inspired workflows in order to deliver compliant AIM and COBie data.

Installation
Installation of MEP services with highly trained and experienced Gowing and Hunt Ltd directly employed engineers. The site teams headed up by SMSTS or SSSTS supervisors carryout installations to meet clients programmes in an efficient and safe manner.

Maintenance
Our aim is to keep the MEP systems we install working correctly, efficient as was orginally designed by offering our clients annual servicing, planned preventative maintenance, 24 hour 365 day emergency call out service is included within our annual maintenance plans.
